Photography and filming consent

We use photographs, video, audio recordings and quotes from residents, members and supporters to show what Westminster Conservatives and our councillors are doing across the Cities of London and Westminster. We will only do that with your permission.

What you are agreeing to

Please read this before you sign. If there is anything here you are not happy with, do not sign the form — talk to whoever is holding the camera instead.

When you press this we will file your consent and, if you gave us an email address, send you a copy.

Your rights over your personal data

The photographs and video you appear in will be used to publicise the campaigns, activities and events of Westminster Conservatives and our councillors, on the platforms listed at the top of this form.

Once material is published, it is in the public domain and we have no control over who has already seen or copied it. That does not stop you asking us to stop using it and to delete our copies, which we will do. We keep this kind of material in line with our retention policy, currently three years for use in new material.

You can object to the use of your image at any time by emailing the data contact. You can also read our full privacy notice, or the Information Commissioner's guidance on your information rights.
